Lauren has lived in Wakulla all her life, she graduated from Wakulla High School in 2018 – Go War Eagles! Lauren likes to read books about mysteries, romances & adventures. Her favorite hobbies are beach days, sightseeing and hanging out with her friends and family. Her favorite part of working at the library is watching the kids hit different learning milestones. Watching a child’s growth; it being their first steps, learning to read or watching the kids break out of their shyness brings an overwhelming happiness to her. Three fun facts about Lauren: she would love to garden but kills every plant she ever touches, has visited Bob Marley’s childhood home, and hates sweets but loves anything with salt … mostly chips!
